Coffee Book of Kaffa (Chinese ver.)
<Coffee Matter>, it is the
book written by Peter Tam, Kaffa Café, together with his colleagues in
Kaffa Café, and published at the beginning of 2008. It can be
bought in all those big bookstores in the mainland of China.
After about an half year of
its publish, we can hear the best comments as we can expect.
Some of the professionals
of the Chinese coffee industry said, it can be (at least one of) the best book about
coffee, among all others in the market.
For some people who had no
knowledge about coffee, they said, after reading this book at least one
time, it explains about the knowledge of coffee very clearly and is easy
to understand. It is quite easy to know about coffee by reading
through this book.
Unfortunately, we have no
English introduction about this book. But, if you are interested
in this book, we shall prepare some of the contents in this book in
English, for you to know a bit. Although Peter is writing the
English version of our training book, it is still not good enough to be
published, even after it is finished. It may take one more year to
get it ready for publishing.
